Job Description: 

We are seeking candidates interested in a long term career, are highly motivated, quick learners, want to grow with the company and learn from the best. Training is available.

Hours/Days of Work: 
  • Full-time Hourly
  • Should be willing to work overtime
  • Multiple work areas. Some sitting, some standing
Responsibilities Include: 


  • Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read wiring diagrams
  • Ability to read and understand production build sheets
  • HVAC experience
  • Ability to sweat copper pipe and valves with solder
  • Ability to learn manufacturing software
  • Ability to learn all disciplines of manufacturing process – sheet metal, electrical, piping, programing/validation and QC.
  • Ambitious and interested in long term career advancement

Duties may include (but not limited to):

  • Light Mechanical Assembly
  • Wiring, connections, cut and crimp, assemble
  • Light machining - cutting, drilling, polishing
  • Basic power tool usage
  • Sweating of copper pipe and components with solder
  • Gathering and prepping parts for assembly, kitting
  • Subassembly and overall assembly production
  • Initial Testing, tuning
  • Work with team members, or on own to meet goals
  • Providing feedback and ideas to improve procedures and designs
  • Possible repair and service opportunities
  • Minimum of Grade 12, GED, or Homeschool equivalent
  • Some type of workshop experience
Special Skills/Abilities/Knowledge: 
  • Handy with mechanical items, hand tools, wiring, sweating of copper pipe with solder
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and production build sheets
  • Personable, energetic, self-motivated, able to focus
