Job Description: 
Responsibilities Include: 
  • Perform inspections of materials, components, sub-assemblies and finished devices at all phases of manufacturing per released specifications
  • Identify product as to the inspection and test status
  • Read and understand specifications and part drawings
  • Utilize and maintain hand tools, calibrated instruments, measuring equipment, microscopes and test fixtures 
  • Maintain controlled environment integrity by using proper attire and adherence to controlled room environment practices and procedure 
  • Assist in processing non-conforming material throughout the manufacturing process
  • Assist the Quality department in other various functions 
  • Other duties as assigned 

High School diploma or GED equivalent 

Special Skills/Abilities/Knowledge: 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bilingual a plus
  • Great organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Must have a good attendance record; no serious violations
  • May be required to work overtime and on weekends 
  • Requires sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
  • Strong demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
  • Successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States
Work Environment: 
Physical Requirements  

Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking back and forth across campus, repetitive finger/wrist/hand motions, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. for short distances.  Close vision with or without glasses/contacts.  Reasonable accommodation available.
